TranscriptFlow sells online software access (the Course Pack and the Pro subscription). There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped, so no shipping charges apply anywhere in the world.
Your license key is delivered instantly: it appears on screen right after your payment succeeds and is activated automatically in the browser you used. You can use it straight away on the playlist tool, and paste it on any other device.
If your payment went through but you don't see a key within 30 minutes, recover it on the pricing page with your purchase email and payment ID, or email [email protected]. If we can't deliver a working key, you get a full refund (see the refund policy).
Pro renewals keep your existing key active — there is nothing new to deliver or install.
