Cancellation & Refund Policy

The single-video transcript tool is free. This policy covers the two paid plans: the Course Pack (one-time purchase) and Pro (monthly or yearly subscription).

1. Course Pack (one-time, US$4.99)

If the Course Pack isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have used 10 credits or fewer. Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.

2. Pro subscription (US$6.99/month or US$49/year)

Cancel anytime with the "Cancel subscription" button on the pricing page (shown once your key is active), or by emailing us. No further charges are made after you cancel.
After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then switches off automatically.
The first payment of a new subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days if you have processed 50 videos or fewer.
Renewal payments are not refunded for partially used periods, except where required by law.

3. Always refunded

Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and purchases where we failed to deliver a working license key are refunded in full, at any time.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your purchase email with your payment ID (it starts with "pay_" and is in your payment receipt). We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5–7 business days.
